Diane Monett has a passion for colors and cats. She was born loving animals. With the addition of Chiquita and Lili to her household, she has more on her hands than she bargained for. These feline sisters have diabolical imaginations and are always creating new settings for Miss Monett to paint.

Diane Monett, since she was a little girl, has been fascinated with cheetahs.  They are elegant and
playful all at the same time.  Some suspect that Miss Monett sees cheetahs as her alter ego
Recently, she was introduced to the De Wildt Cheetah and Wildlife Centre by the Dean of Cornell
University's School of Veterinary Medicine
.  In early 2005, she had the opportunity to spend nearly a
week at the Centre, where she saw firsthand the important work the Centre is doing in breeding what
had been an endangered species.

  "We belong to this day
  to sunshine,
  animals,
  and freedom...
... to a world as it should be seen, not neccesarily how it is."

Miss Monett shares part of the profits with the De Wildt Centre and Cornell.
